EPCM – Delivery alternative to EPC

The EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) or lump sum turn-key delivery model is the most common way that renewable energy developers engage contractors to deliver their Solar, Wind, Battery or Hybrid power projects. For large and technically complex projects an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) approach may offer developers and IPPs an alternate way to take a more hands on approach to manage project risk, reduce capex and engage smaller renewable specialist contractors and consultants.
